Finishing with a Bang!

I couldn’t be more excited to announce that Breezy and Bash’r will be having their final litter this month. Both Breezy and Bash’r will be retiring after this litter. It’s always been such a bittersweet thought that one day they would finally be done with breeding. The acceptance that they were in retirement age is something that hasn’t come easy for me. These two are my babies. There is something so special about them. I think it’s because they are the two that were sought out to become the beginning of our breeding program. Over the years, the pups they have produced have brought us so much pride and joy. It’s the most beautiful thing to see their genes and all their quirks being passed on. Bash’rs nose strip and “pet me ONLY” attitude…Breezys butt strip and sass complete with backtalk…so many of their babies possess those things. Even though this started as an “oopsy” litter, they are both still within normal age and honestly, things have worked out perfectly this way. So, congratulations to Breezy and Bash’r for their upcoming litter of perfect pups. All the thanks and love for all the perfect pups that already exist because of these two. What an amazing journey we’ve been on and I couldn’t have been blessed with better Newfies to start this with.
